1. Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days after delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Because our products are food items, we must comply with EU food-safety rules — opened or unsealed containers cannot be accepted.


2. Excluded and non-returnable items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable or consumable goods such as oils, food, or beverages
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products
  • Personal-care or hygiene items once unsealed

3. Proof of purchase

To complete your return, we require a valid receipt or order confirmation.
Please contact our customer service before sending anything back.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All returns must be arranged through SesameOrganicOil.com.


4. Partial refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items returned after 30 days but within 45 days (store credit only)
  • Any item not in its original condition or packaging
  • Any item damaged or missing parts not due to our error

5. Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using your original payment method (Mollie or PayPal).


6. Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit-card statement again.
  2. Contact your payment provider (it may take several business days).
  3. If you still have not received it, please contact us at sales@sesameorganicoil.com.

7. Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.


8. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same product, email sales@sesameorganicoil.com with photos of the damaged item.


9. Shipping returns

To return your product, send it to:

You are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.


10. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

Under EU consumer law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases.
This right does not apply to sealed food products once opened or unsealed after delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order within 14 days, please contact info@green2clean.nl before dispatching any return.
